sisparc + silr4a is a combination therapy delivered via a microneedle patch containing two small interfering RNAs (siRNAs): one targeting SPARC (Secreted Protein Acidic and Rich in Cysteine) and the other targeting LR4A. The formulation is designed for topical application to post-surgical scars, aiming to improve scar appearance by modulating extracellular matrix remodeling and fibrotic responses.
