SJ-600

SJ-600 is a next-generation oncolytic virus therapeutic developed by SillaJen, in collaboration with Seoul National University College of Medicine, and with OSR Holdings for strategic collaboration. It is designed to improve the systemic delivery and efficacy of anticancer viruses, particularly through intravenous administration. The drug is engineered to overcome limitations of traditional oncolytic viruses by expressing the complement regulatory protein 'CD55' on its surface, which helps it evade the body's immune responses, such as complement attack and neutralizing antibodies, thereby allowing for repeated dosing and enhanced delivery to tumors.
