Drug intelligence / Profile preview
SJN301 is a preclinical-stage small molecule immune-oncology candidate being developed by Samjin Pharmaceutical in collaboration with inCerebro, Trial Informatics, and Asan Medical Center. Discovered using inCerebro's quantum mechanics- and AI-based drug discovery platform (MIND), SJN301 is designed to target immune-resistant solid tumors, specifically focusing on patients who are non-responsive to PD-1 inhibitors. The development of SJN301 has been supported by a South Korean government grant from the Ministry of Science and ICT (MSIT).
