Overview

**SJNB-JF-IL2** is an investigational allogeneic neuroblastoma tumor-cell vaccine developed by Baylor College of Medicine. It consists of irradiated SJNB-JF neuroblastoma cells genetically modified to produce interleukin-2, intended to enhance antitumor immune responses following high-dose chemotherapy and autologous stem-cell rescue in patients with high-risk neuroblastoma. In the registered Phase I/II study, it was administered subcutaneously in a vaccine regimen that also used separately prepared SJNB-JF-Lptn and unmodified SKNLP neuroblastoma cell products; those separate products are not components of SJNB-JF-IL2 itself.
