Drug intelligence / Profile preview
**SKB105** (also known as CR-003) is a next-generation antibody-drug conjugate (ADC) developed by Sichuan Kelun-Biotech for solid tumors. It comprises a fully human IgG1 monoclonal antibody targeting **integrin beta-6 (ITGB6)**, overexpressed in many solid tumors with minimal normal tissue expression, conjugated via a stable, clinically validated cleavable linker to a **topoisomerase 1 inhibitor payload** using proprietary Kthiol irreversible conjugation technology to enhance stability, tumor-specific delivery, and reduce off-target toxicity. Preclinical data show favorable efficacy, safety, and pharmacokinetics; a Phase 1/2 monotherapy trial in solid tumors is planned for Q1 2026 in Greater China by Kelun-Biotech, with Crescent Biopharma holding ex-Greater China rights and combination studies with CR-001 (PD-1 x VEGF bispecific) anticipated.[1][7]
