Drug intelligence / Profile preview
SKB337 is an investigational bispecific monoclonal antibody developed by Sichuan Kelun Botai Biopharmaceutical (Kelun-Biotech) for the treatment of advanced solid tumors. It is designed to simultaneously target and inhibit two key immune checkpoint pathways: Programmed Cell Death Ligand 1 (PD-L1) and Cytotoxic T-Lymphocyte-Associated Protein 4 (CTLA-4). By blocking these pathways, SKB337 aims to enhance the anti-tumor immune response more effectively than monotherapy or combinations of separate antibodies, potentially improving efficacy while maintaining a manageable safety profile. It is currently undergoing Phase 1/2 clinical evaluation in patients with various solid malignancies.
