Overview

SKB445 is a novel antibody-drug conjugate (ADC) developed by Sichuan Kelun Pharmaceutical Research Institute and its subsidiary Kelun-Biotech for the treatment of advanced solid tumors. It utilizes proprietary OptiDC platform technology to optimize the biological characteristics of its target and has demonstrated promising efficacy and safety in preclinical studies. SKB445 is currently in Phase 1 clinical trials to evaluate its safety, tolerability, pharmacokinetics, immunogenicity, and preliminary anti-tumor activity as monotherapy in patients with advanced solid tumors. The precise molecular target or mechanism of action has not been publicly disclosed as of April 2025.
