SKB500 is a novel antibody-drug conjugate (ADC) developed by Sichuan Kelun-Biotech Biopharmaceutical. It targets B7-H3, a protein overexpressed in various solid tumors, and is designed to deliver cytotoxic agents directly to tumor cells expressing this antigen. SKB500 was developed using Kelun's proprietary OptiDC platform.
