Overview

SKB571 is a novel bispecific antibody-drug conjugate (bsAb ADC) developed for the treatment of multiple solid tumors, including lung cancer and gastrointestinal cancers. The drug is designed to enhance tumor targeting and address tumor heterogeneity through scientific selection of target combinations and differentiated dual-antibody molecular design. It utilizes a high hydrophilicity toxin-linker strategy from the OptiDCTM platform, resulting in uniform drug-to-antibody ratio (DAR) values and favorable pharmacokinetic properties. Preclinical studies have demonstrated promising antitumor efficacy and safety in various human tumor xenograft models as well as cynomolgus monkeys. SKB571 has entered phase 1 clinical trials for advanced solid tumors. The specific molecular targets remain undisclosed[1][4][6][7].
