Overview

SKL37221 is a small-molecule ligand developed by WARF Therapeutics that targets the prostate-specific membrane antigen (PSMA). It is designed for the imaging and/or targeted therapy of prostate cancer. By binding specifically to PSMA, which is highly overexpressed in prostate cancer cells, the molecule can deliver diagnostic or therapeutic payloads directly to the tumor site. As of early 2026, the program is in the IND-enabling (IND Studies) stage of development, aiming to transition into clinical trials for the treatment and detection of prostate cancer.
