Drug intelligence / Profile preview
SKV-07 is an investigational oncolytic virus therapy developed by West China Hospital of Sichuan University for the treatment of uveal melanoma. Administered via intravitreal or onocular injection, SKV-07 is designed to selectively replicate within and destroy malignant cells in the eye while potentially inducing a localized and systemic anti-tumor immune response. It is currently undergoing a Phase 1, single-arm, dose-escalation clinical trial in China (ChiCTR2600124673) to evaluate its safety, tolerability, viral shedding, and preliminary antitumor activity in patients with locally advanced or radiotherapy-refractory uveal melanoma.
