Overview

SL-333 is a preclinical RNA-based neoantigen immunotherapy developed by Gritstone Oncology for the treatment of advanced solid tumors. It utilizes proprietary lipid nanoparticle (LNP) technology from Arbutus Biopharma for in vivo delivery of Gritstone's RNA-encoded neoantigens, aiming to stimulate the immune system to target cancer cells.
