SL-701 + granulocyte-macrophage colony-stimulating factor + imiquimod is a combination immunotherapy comprising **SL-701**, a vaccine consisting of synthetic peptides targeting glioblastoma-associated antigens (IL-13 receptor alpha-2, ephrin-A2, and survivin), combined with granulocyte-macrophage colony-stimulating factor (GM-CSF), an immunostimulatory cytokine, and imiquimod, a topical immune response modifier. This regimen is designed to induce and amplify a cytotoxic T-cell-mediated anti-tumor immune response targeting glioblastoma (GBM) cells overexpressing these antigens. SL-701 is administered subcutaneously with the co-administration of GM-CSF and topical imiquimod to further enhance dendritic cell activation and immune system stimulation. Developed primarily for recurrent glioblastoma, the combination has shown anti-tumor activity and a manageable safety profile in phase 2 clinical studies[1][2][3][4][5][6][8].
