Drug intelligence / Profile preview
**SL-T10 + GX-I7** is a combination investigational regimen under clinical evaluation for use in metastatic castration-resistant prostate cancer (mCRPC). SL-T10 is an immunotherapeutic peptide-based cancer vaccine being developed to stimulate anti-tumor immune responses by targeting cancer/testis antigens. GX-I7 (also known as efineptakin alfa or Hyleukin-7) is a long-acting recombinant human interleukin-7 (IL-7) fused to a hybrid Fc domain, designed to enhance T-cell proliferation, survival, and anti-tumor immune function. The combination aims to synergistically boost immune-mediated cancer cell eradication, with SL-T10 promoting tumor antigen-specific immunity and GX-I7 further augmenting T-cell activity and persistence. The combination is being evaluated with or without pembrolizumab (a PD-1 inhibitor) in early-phase clinical trials for mCRPC[2][4].
