Drug intelligence / Profile preview
SL0217 is an autologous, nanobody-derived tandem dual-target chimeric antigen receptor T-cell (CAR-T) therapy designed to target both CD19 and CD22. Developed by Hebei Senlang Biotechnology in collaboration with Peking University People's Hospital, SL0217 utilizes unique alpaca-derived single-domain antibodies (VHHs) engineered into a single tandem CAR construct. This dual-targeting approach is designed to overcome antigen escape and treatment resistance, particularly in patients with relapsed or refractory B-cell acute lymphoblastic leukemia (R/R B-ALL) who have failed prior immunotherapies such as blinatumomab, inotuzumab ozogamicin, or single-target CAR-T therapies.
