SL105 is an autologous chimeric antigen receptor (CAR) T-cell therapy targeting the CD5 antigen, developed by Hebei Senlang Biotechnology. It features a tandem camelid-derived dual-epitope nanobody construct. The therapy is produced using a "natural selection" platform that allows for the expansion of CD5-directed CAR-T cells without the need for gene editing or protein blockade to prevent fratricide, a common challenge when targeting pan-T-cell markers. SL105 is currently in clinical development for the treatment of relapsed or refractory T-cell malignancies, including T-cell acute lymphoblastic leukemia (T-ALL), T-cell lymphoblastic lymphoma (T-LBL), and peripheral T-cell lymphoma (PTCL).
