Drug intelligence / Profile preview
SL1703 is an investigational tandem bispecific nanobody-based chimeric antigen receptor (CAR) T‑cell therapy engineered to target both CD19 and B‑cell maturation antigen (BCMA) for the treatment of relapsed or refractory multiple myeloma. The construct uses linked nanobody domains recognizing CD19 and BCMA to redirect autologous T cells to kill malignant B‑lineage cells while potentially addressing antigen escape through dual targeting.[9] It has been explored as a salvage treatment option after failure of prior therapies in heavily pretreated multiple myeloma patients.[9]
