Drug intelligence / Profile preview
**SL19+22 CAR-T** is a bicistronic autologous CAR-T cell therapy independently developed by Senlang, co-expressing a CD19-targeted CAR with CD28 costimulatory domain and a CD22-targeted CAR with 4-1BB costimulatory domain. Designed to address CD19 antigen escape in relapsed/refractory B-cell malignancies, it enables dual targeting of CD19 and CD22 on malignant B cells, leading to T-cell activation, proliferation, and targeted cytotoxicity. Administered as a single infusion following fludarabine/cyclophosphamide lymphodepletion, it has shown a manageable safety profile similar to standard CAR-T therapies, with early efficacy signals including complete responses in heavily pretreated patients with large B-cell lymphoma and mantle cell lymphoma.
