Drug intelligence / Profile preview
SL1CC (also known as SL1CC Injection) is an investigational, *in vivo* chimeric antigen receptor (CAR) T-cell therapy targeting C-type lectin-like molecule-1 (CLL-1, also known as CLEC12A). Developed by researchers at the Chinese PLA General Hospital, SL1CC is designed to generate CAR-T cells directly within the patient's body (*in vivo*) following a single intravenous infusion, bypassing the complex and costly *ex vivo* manufacturing process typically required for autologous CAR-T therapies. It is currently being evaluated in a Phase 1 clinical trial for the treatment of adults with relapsed or refractory acute myeloid leukemia (R/R AML), administered without the need for lymphodepleting conditioning chemotherapy.
