Overview

**SLC-3010** is an investigational, noncovalent antibody-cytokine conjugate developed by Selecxine for cancer immunotherapy. It consists of wild-type human interleukin-2 and TCB2, a humanized anti-IL-2 antibody that occupies the IL-2 interface used to bind CD25. This configuration biases IL-2 signaling toward IL-2 receptor beta and common gamma-chain signaling on CD8-positive effector T cells and natural killer cells, while limiting CD25-driven regulatory T-cell expansion. The program is designed to promote antitumor immunity through CD8 T-cell activation, regulatory T-cell modulation, and re-complexing of dissociated TCB2 with endogenous IL-2.
