Overview

SLC-7010 is a cytokine-antibody complex (Seleclokine) developed by Selecxine, consisting of recombinant Interleukin-7 (IL-7) and a specific anti-IL-7 monoclonal antibody. This therapeutic candidate is designed to optimize the delivery and signaling of IL-7, a cytokine essential for the development, survival, and homeostatic proliferation of T cells. By complexing IL-7 with a monoclonal antibody, SLC-7010 aims to extend the cytokine's half-life and potentially direct its activity toward specific immune cell populations, thereby enhancing anti-tumor immunity while minimizing systemic toxicity. SLC-7010 is primarily being investigated for the treatment of solid tumors, either as a monotherapy or in combination with other immunotherapeutic agents such as checkpoint inhibitors or adoptive cell therapies.
