Overview

SLCu2O nanoparticles are copper oxide nanoparticles that have been green-synthesized using an extract from *S. latifolium* algae. These nanoparticles have demonstrated anti-cancer properties against PANC-1 cells, a human pancreatic cancer cell line. Their mechanism of action involves inducing apoptosis and up-regulating drug resistance-related long non-coding RNAs (lncRNAs), with effects comparable to Arsenic trioxide.
