Drug intelligence / Profile preview
Sleeply is a nutraceutical sleep supplement developed by the Greek pharmaceutical company Farmasyn S.A. It is formulated as an innovative oral dissolving film (strip) designed to dissolve immediately in the mouth without the need for water. The product contains a combination of melatonin and Vitamin B6 (pyridoxine) as its active ingredients. Melatonin acts as an agonist at melatonin receptors (MT1 and MT2) to regulate the circadian rhythm, thereby reducing the time required to fall asleep and improving sleep quality and duration. Vitamin B6 is included to support the healthy function of the nervous system and to help reduce tiredness and fatigue. Sleeply is indicated for the symptomatic relief of insomnia, sleep disturbances, and jet lag symptoms.
