SLITone Alternaria

SLITone Alternaria is a sublingual immunotherapy (SLIT) product containing standardized extracts of the mold *Alternaria alternata*, designed for the treatment of respiratory allergies such as allergic rhinitis and mild asthma in patients sensitized to *Alternaria* allergens. The therapy works by gradually exposing the immune system to controlled doses of *Alternaria* allergen via sublingual administration, aiming to induce immune tolerance and reduce allergic symptoms over time. The major allergenic component targeted is Alt a 1, which plays a key role in triggering type 2 inflammatory responses associated with allergy symptoms.
