SLP-HPV-01 is a therapeutic cancer vaccine composed of synthetic long peptides derived from human papillomavirus type 16 (HPV16) oncoproteins E6 and E7, designed to induce robust HPV16-specific T-cell responses against HPV-driven premalignant and malignant lesions. It consists of two drug products: HPV-DP-7P (seven E6 peptides) and HPV-DP-6P (E7 peptides), delivered intradermally, and has shown safety, immunogenicity, and clinical activity in HPV16-positive intraepithelial neoplasias and cancers, including dose-dependent immune responses and lesion regression in HIV-positive men with HPV16-positive high-grade anal intraepithelial neoplasia and high response rates previously reported in vulvar intraepithelial neoplasia. Developed by ISA Pharmaceuticals, with clinical collaborations including academic centers and industry partners in later programs under related identifiers (e.g., peltopepimut-S/ISA-101).[5][1][3][9]
