SLS-008 is a small molecule, orally bioavailable antagonist of the prostaglandin D2 (PGD2) receptor, specifically targeting the chemoattractant receptor-homologous molecule expressed on TH2 cells (CRTH2). It is developed for the treatment of atopic dermatitis, pediatric esophagitis, and asthma. Initially developed by Ligand Pharmaceuticals, it is currently in the preclinical phase of development.
