Drug intelligence / Profile preview
SLTE-2100 is a bispecific antibody being developed by Slate Medicines for the treatment of migraine and other headache disorders. It is designed to simultaneously target two key biological pathways involved in headache pathophysiology: the pituitary adenylate cyclase-activating polypeptide (PACAP) / vasoactive intestinal peptide (VIP) pathway and the calcitonin gene-related peptide (CGRP) pathway. By dual-targeting these neuropeptides, SLTE-2100 aims to provide enhanced efficacy compared to therapies targeting a single pathway. As of mid-2026, the program is in the lead optimization stage, with clinical trials anticipated to commence in the second half of 2027.
