SM2275

SM2275 is a bispecific monoclonal antibody developed by Zhuhai Shine-On Biopharmaceutical (珠海烁星生物医药科技有限公司) for the treatment of advanced solid tumors. It is designed to simultaneously target the Epidermal Growth Factor Receptor (EGFR) and Programmed Death-Ligand 1 (PD-L1). By dual-targeting these pathways, SM2275 aims to inhibit EGFR-mediated tumor cell proliferation and survival while concurrently blocking the PD-1/PD-L1 immunosuppressive axis to enhance the host's anti-tumor immune response. The drug is currently being evaluated in a Phase I clinical trial (CTR20262853) to assess its safety, tolerability, pharmacokinetics, and preliminary anti-tumor activity in adult patients with advanced solid tumors that express both EGFR and PD-L1 and have failed standard therapies.
