Overview

SMP-869 is an antibody-drug conjugate (ADC) being developed by Chengdu SciMount Pharmatech (also known as Xiling Lab) for the treatment of solid tumors. It consists of a monoclonal antibody targeting B7-H3 (CD276), a transmembrane protein frequently overexpressed in various cancers, conjugated to an eribulin payload. Eribulin is a microtubule inhibitor that disrupts mitotic spindles, leading to cell cycle arrest and apoptosis. SMP-869 is part of the company's XDC platform and is currently in the IND-enabling stage of development.
