Drug intelligence / Profile preview
SMP-ADeC is a preclinical antibody-drug conjugate (ADC) candidate developed by Chengdu SciMount Pharmatech (Xiling Lab) for the treatment of solid tumors. It utilizes an Antibody-PROTAC/DAC (Degrader-Antibody Conjugate) platform, which conjugates a monoclonal antibody to a PROTAC (Proteolysis-Targeting Chimera) payload. This modality is designed to achieve targeted protein degradation by delivering the degrader specifically to cells expressing the antibody's target antigen. As of the current pipeline status, the specific antibody target and the protein targeted for degradation have not been disclosed.
