SMP-Dual

SMP-Dual is a preclinical-stage antibody-drug conjugate (ADC) being developed by Chengdu SciMount Pharmatech (also known as Xiling Lab) for the treatment of solid tumors. It is distinguished by its dual-payload design, a strategy where two different cytotoxic agents are conjugated to a single antibody. This approach is intended to enhance therapeutic efficacy through synergistic cell-killing mechanisms and to reduce the potential for the development of drug resistance in tumor cells. As of current pipeline disclosures, the specific antigenic target of the antibody and the chemical identities of the two payloads remain undisclosed by the developer.
