**SNA HPV vaccine** is a preclinical therapeutic cancer-vaccine program based on spherical nucleic acid nanomedicine for HPV-driven malignancies. The reported constructs combine a lipid-core SNA nanoparticle, immunostimulatory CpG DNA, and an HLA-A2-restricted HPV16 E7_11-19 peptide antigen. By delivering the viral E7 epitope with a structurally defined CpG adjuvant, the vaccine is intended to prime antigen-specific cytotoxic CD8+ T cells to recognize and kill HPV16 E7-expressing tumor cells. The N-terminal surface-displayed research formulation, N-HSNA, was the most active construct in the published series, producing stronger interferon-gamma responses, greater tumor-cell killing, reduced tumor burden, and prolonged survival in preclinical models.
