Drug intelligence / Profile preview
SNA009 is a preclinical-stage radiopharmaceutical developed by SmartNuclide (Suzhou Smart Nuclide Pharmaceutical Technology Company) for the positron emission tomography (PET) imaging and diagnosis of colorectal cancer (CRC). The agent consists of a targeting moiety, likely a single-domain antibody (nanobody) derived from SmartNuclide's proprietary platform, labeled with the positron-emitting radioisotope gallium-68 (68Ga). SNA009 is designed to bind specifically to a colorectal cancer-associated antigen, enabling high-contrast diagnostic imaging for precision oncology applications. It serves as the diagnostic counterpart to the theranostic candidate SNA028.
