Drug intelligence / Profile preview
**Snake venom antiserum** is a Vins Bioproducts polyvalent equine antivenom for the emergency treatment of envenomation by the Indian cobra, common krait, Russell's viper, and saw-scaled viper. It contains purified polyclonal equine immunoglobulin fragments generated by hyperimmunizing horses with these venoms; the antibodies bind and neutralize circulating venom toxins, helping limit neurotoxic, hemotoxic, and local tissue effects. The product is supplied as liquid antivenom or lyophilized material for reconstitution and intravenous administration. ([vinsbio.in](https://vinsbio.in/anti-venom/))
