Drug intelligence / Profile preview
SNAPduo 101 is an individualized peptide cancer vaccine being developed by Black Canyon Bio for the treatment of virus-associated cancers. Utilizing the proprietary SNAP (Specific Neo-Antigen Peptides) Technology platform, the vaccine is designed to target specific neoantigens present on a patient's tumor cells. By delivering these peptide neoantigens, SNAPduo 101 aims to prime and activate the patient's immune system to recognize and eliminate cancer cells. The program is currently in the IND-enabling stage of development, with clinical trials projected to begin in 2026.
