Overview

SNC-109 is an autologous CAR-T cell therapy developed for the treatment of recurrent glioblastoma multiforme. It is engineered to target multiple tumor-associated antigens, specifically EGFR, EGFRvIII, HER2, and IL-13Rα2. The mechanism involves the use of genetically modified T cells expressing chimeric antigen receptors that recognize and bind these targets on tumor cells, leading to targeted cytotoxicity. The therapy is being investigated in clinical trials for its safety, tolerability, pharmacokinetics (PK), and preliminary efficacy in patients with recurrent glioblastoma[1][4][7].
