Overview

SNC-115 is an investigational cell therapy comprising allogenic natural killer (NK) cells that are genetically engineered to express a chimeric antigen receptor (CAR) targeting delta like protein 3 (DLL3), a tumor-associated antigen. The therapy is designed to target and eliminate cancer cells expressing DLL3, which is commonly found in certain neuroendocrine tumors. It is administered via injection and is currently being developed by Shanghai Simnova Biotechnology for the treatment of recurrent or refractory small cell lung cancer, large cell neuroendocrine carcinoma of the lung, and other solid tumors. As of early 2025, SNC-115 remains in Phase I clinical trials with no regulatory approvals yet granted.
