SNC103 is an investigational cell therapy product consisting of cord blood-derived natural killer (NK) cells genetically engineered to express a chimeric antigen receptor (CAR) targeting CD19. The therapy is being developed by Shanghai Simnova Biotechnology for the treatment of various CD19-positive B-cell malignancies and autoimmune diseases. Its mechanism involves the targeted destruction of CD19-expressing malignant or autoreactive B-cells via adoptive transfer of allogeneic CAR-NK cells. SNC103 is currently in Phase 1 clinical trials for systemic lupus erythematosus, diffuse large B-cell lymphoma, follicular lymphoma, high grade B-cell lymphoma, large B-cell lymphoma, acute lymphoblastic leukemia (ALL), chronic lymphocytic leukemia (CLL), and other related indications[1][2][3][4][5][7].
