Overview

SNC112 is a preclinical, dual-targeting chimeric antigen receptor natural killer (CAR-NK) cell therapy developed by Shanghai Simnova Biotechnology. It is designed to target both B-cell maturation antigen (BCMA) and G-protein coupled receptor family C group 5 member D (GPRC5D), which are highly expressed on multiple myeloma cells. The mechanism of action involves the inhibition of both BCMA and GPRC5D, aiming to enhance anti-tumor activity against multiple myeloma. This approach leverages the cytotoxic potential of NK cells engineered with CARs specific for these two antigens[1][2][4].
