Drug intelligence / Profile preview
SND-207-N is a plant-derived small molecule inhibitor targeting Protein Kinase N1 (PKN1), currently under development by Floratek Pharma. PKN1 is a serine/threonine-protein kinase involved in various cellular signaling pathways, including those regulating cell cycle progression, migration, and survival, which are often dysregulated in hematological malignancies. SND-207-N is being investigated for the treatment of lymphoma. As of 2024, the program is in the preclinical stage, with discovery and efficacy studies completed or ongoing, and IND-enabling studies currently in progress.
