Overview

SND002 is an autologous cell therapy consisting of tumor-specific T cells harvested from a patient's sentinel lymph nodes (SLNs). Developed by Guizhou Sinorda Biomedicine, the therapy targets advanced malignant solid tumors. The process involves identifying the sentinel lymph node—the first node to receive drainage from the primary tumor—isolating the naturally occurring tumor-reactive T cells within it, and expanding them ex vivo before re-infusion. This method aims to provide a highly specific and potent antitumor immune response by utilizing lymphocytes that have already been primed against the patient's unique tumor antigens. SND002 has progressed to Phase 2 clinical development and has received regulatory support in both China and the European Union.
