SND006

SND006 is an innovative bispecific monoclonal antibody being developed by Sinorda Biomedicine for the treatment of inflammatory bowel disease (IBD) and other autoimmune disorders. Designed to simultaneously target two distinct biological pathways or antigens, SND006 aims to provide enhanced therapeutic efficacy and more precise immune modulation compared to traditional monospecific therapies. The drug has completed in vitro functional validation and is currently in preclinical development. Sinorda Biomedicine has partnered with WuXi Biologics to leverage their integrated CRDMO platform for preclinical pharmacology studies and clinical manufacturing, with plans to submit Investigational New Drug (IND) applications to the NMPA in China and the FDA in the United States in 2026.
