Drug intelligence / Profile preview
SND210 is a novel flavonoid derivative developed by Floratek Pharma in collaboration with the Institute of Oncology Research (IOR). It is a potent microtubule-targeting agent designed using a flavonoid polyphenol scaffold modified to enhance cytotoxicity against cancer cells. In preclinical studies presented at AACR 2024, SND210 demonstrated nanomolar anti-proliferative activity (median IC50 of 1.4 nM) across various lymphoma models, including diffuse large B-cell lymphoma (DLBCL), mantle cell lymphoma (MCL), and marginal zone lymphoma (MZL). It also showed activity in leukemia and solid tumor models, including those with resistance to targeted agents like BTK and PI3K inhibitors. Its mechanism involves the disruption of tubulin dynamics, correlating with established agents such as vincristine and paclitaxel.
