SND462

SND462 is a novel flavonoid derivative developed by Floratek Pharma in collaboration with the Institute of Oncology Research (IOR). It belongs to a series of plant-derived polyphenol scaffolds modified to enhance cytotoxicity against cancer cells. SND462 has demonstrated dose-dependent anti-proliferative activity in various hematological and solid tumor models, including diffuse large B-cell lymphoma (DLBCL), mantle cell lymphoma (MCL), and marginal zone lymphoma (MZL), including those with acquired resistance to BTK and PI3K inhibitors. In preclinical in vitro studies, SND462 showed a median IC50 of approximately 2 μM across lymphoma cell lines. While it is part of a series characterized as microtubule-targeting agents, its specific potency is lower than other candidates in the same series, such as SDN207 or SND210.
