Drug intelligence / Profile preview
SNDX-62122 is an internally developed, next-generation small molecule menin inhibitor being developed by Syndax Pharmaceuticals for the treatment of myelofibrosis. It is designed to offer higher potency, improved selectivity, optimized pharmacokinetics, and a potentially more combinable profile compared to its parent molecule, revumenib. Preclinical data has identified menin as a novel dependency in atypical megakaryocytes and early megakaryocyte progenitors that drive myelofibrosis pathology. SNDX-62122 is wholly owned by Syndax and has activity against common resistance mutations. An IND submission and Phase 1 clinical trial are both targeted for 2027.
