SneezeEze is an intranasal powder spray formulation composed of inert hydroxypropyl methylcellulose (HPMC) used for the mechanical prevention of allergic rhinitis. Upon insufflation, the cellulose powder reacts with the moisture of the nasal mucosa to form a clear, mucoadhesive gel barrier. This physical layer effectively traps airborne allergens such as pollen, dust mites, and pet dander, preventing their contact with the nasal lining and subsequent activation of the inflammatory cascade.
