SNG100

**SNG100** is an investigational topical cream developed by Seanergy Dermatology for moderate atopic dermatitis. It is a proprietary formulation of **hydrocortisone 1%** in an SNG vehicle containing sulphated polysaccharides derived from the red microalga *Porphyridium cruentum*. Hydrocortisone is a low-potency topical corticosteroid that acts primarily through the glucocorticoid receptor to suppress cutaneous inflammation and pruritus; the sulphated-polysaccharide vehicle is intended to provide hydrating, moisturizing, lubricating, and skin-barrier-supporting properties. In a randomized Phase I active-controlled study in patients aged 6 years or older with moderate atopic dermatitis, SNG100 showed favorable tolerability and exploratory efficacy relative to hydrocortisone 1% cream and mometasone furoate 0.1% cream.
