Drug intelligence / Profile preview
SNK01 + cetuximab is a combination investigational therapy consisting of SNK01, an autologous non-genetically modified enhanced natural killer (NK) cell product, and cetuximab, an epidermal growth factor receptor (EGFR)-targeting monoclonal antibody. SNK01 is designed to augment the cytotoxicity and activating receptor expression of a patient’s own NK cells, potentially improving antitumor activity across both solid and hematologic malignancies. Cetuximab blocks EGFR signaling, inhibiting tumor growth and promoting antibody-dependent cell-mediated cytotoxicity partly via NK cell activation. The combination is under exploration to leverage synergistic immune-mediated antitumor effects, primarily in oncology indications.
