Drug intelligence / Profile preview
SNK02 is an allogeneic, blood-derived natural killer (NK) cell therapy being developed by NKGen Biotech for the treatment of solid tumors. Unlike its autologous counterpart SNK01, SNK02 is derived from healthy donors, allowing for potential off-the-shelf administration. The therapy is designed to leverage the innate cytotoxic capabilities of NK cells to target and eliminate cancer cells. NKGen Biotech holds the exclusive license for SNK02 in markets outside of Asia from NKMax. It is currently in Phase 1 clinical development for patients with pathologically confirmed cancer refractory to conventional therapy.
