Drug intelligence / Profile preview
SNS-102 is a conditionally active monoclonal antibody developed by Sensei Biotherapeutics. It targets V-Set and Immunoglobulin Domain Containing 4 (VSIG4), a B7 family-related protein that is often overexpressed on macrophages within the tumor microenvironment and acts as a potent inhibitor of T cell activity. The drug is designed to be active specifically in the low-pH tumor microenvironment, aiming to block VSIG4 and thereby unleash an immune response against solid tumors while minimizing off-target toxicities.
